• A. We will go through a counseling session with you on your first time coming to shop. The most suitable design will be proposed to you by considering your eyelid shapes as well as referencing the image you would like to project.

• Q. Is it painful during the extension process?
• A. Since the tweezers will not touch any of your skin, it is totally free of pain during the process.

• Q. How long does it take for the whole extension process?
• A. It depends on which menu you have chosen and the actual situation, approximately 90-120 minutes from counseling to after care reminders.

• Q. Can I go for eyelash extension with makeup?
• A. Please do not apply mascara or use eyelash curler before coming to shop.

• Q. Can I do eyelash extension with wearing contact lens?
• A. Since you would need to take off contact lens, please bring along with your contact lens case.

• Q. Is there space and time for me to do makeup after the extension process?
• A. Because we are a makeup brand, there are various products lines for you. We can also provide makeup service that fits your eyelash extension design and your whole image.

• Q. Is it okay if I slept during the extension process?
• A. We will use eye pack sheet to cover your upper and lower eyelid as a protection, please feel safe to enjoy the process. It is totally fine for you to take a rest.

• Q. What I have to beware during bath?
• A. Since extension eyelash is weak to scratch, please avoid rubbing it when washing your face.

• Q. How long will the eyelash extension last for?
• A. Approximately 3 weeks.

• Q. Can I apply mascara on eyelash extension?
• A. It is fine if you are using warm-water-removal type mascara. We have also prepared specialized mascara of this type.

• Q. For keeping eyelash extension well, is there points to note in daily life?
• A. Please avoid rubbing eyes. When using towel, please avoid coiling with the fiber of extension lashes. When drawing eyeline, please do not draw in between extension eyelashes. When using mascara, please do not apply from the bottom of eyelash. After washing face, please use dryer with cool wind to dry extension from bottom upwards. Please be noted with the above points.

• Q. I am wearing eyelash extension of other companies. Can you help me repair or remove?
• A. Since eyelash extension of other companies vary with us in hair type and design, we are sorry that we are unable to do repair for you. Also, it may take additional time to remove those extension, we recommend you to do removal at original companies before coming to our shop. Please inquire at our shops for details.
