Due to the popularity of our Eyelash Designing Service, bookings on some specific days may be difficult.

Appointment-in-advance is much appreciated to make sure you can enjoy our service on your preferred dates.

Since schedules & bookings vary among shops, please call shops directly for inquiry.

If we are too busy to pick up, please be patient or leave us a voice message, which will be replied soon on the same day.

Bookings can also be made via email ([email protected]), which will be replied by the next working day. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Reminder from our shop

To ensure the appointment schedule, if you wish to reschedule/ cancel, please contact us at least 1 business day before. We are willing to rearrange the appointment for customers. Each appointment can be changed once only.

If customer 1) is late for 15~30 mins/ reschedule twice or above, member bonus points will be deducted by 1000 points ; 2) is late for 30 mins or above/ absent/ cancel/ reschedule on booking day, member bonus points will be deducted by 2000 points.
