For providing you an enjoyable eyelash extension service, we would like to confirm below items during your booking/arrival at shops.

If your answer is "Yes" to any one of the below, we are sorry you will be advised not to have the eyelash extension service. Thank you for your understanding.

• Experienced skin allergy to alcohol (sterilizer), sticker/glue for eyes, or skin tape
• Allergic skin around eyes, or sickness of eyes
• *Pinkeye, sty, dry eye, cataract, glaucoma, muscae volitantes, dacryoadenitis, etc. and all other eye sickness
• (except shortsightedness, astigmatism and long-sightedness)
• Have done a perm of eyelashes within three months
• Have undergone an eye tattoo or eyelashes growth surgery within three months
• Have undergone an eyesight correction operation within six months
• Having symptoms of pollinosis
• Pregnant

＊If you have an eyelash extension done at other companies, please necessarily inform us when make your booking.

＊If you are allergic to glue or skin sensitive, please talk to our staff before making a booking .

• It takes 1.5-2 hours service time. Appreciate if you could go to washroom beforehand.
• Absence after 15mins of appointment time will be regarded as cancellation of booking, and the appointment will be
• offered to another customer. (*Please be understood that due to another appointment afterwards, we are unable to
• provide the extension service as per your request for late arrival customer.)
• Any change or cancellation of booking, please inform us by phone 24 hours in advance.
• Please do not apply mascara or any eyelash related products before coming for service.
• (*Removing mascara before extension takes additional time, and may affect the extension result.)
• Please do not draw inner eyeline coming to shop.
• If you wear contact lens, please bring with you the lens case to our shop.
• To maintain the high concentration of eyelash specialist, no companion (including children) is allowed to enter service room
• or area during the extension process.
