    With the exception of specifically listed promotions on E-Shop of Kesalan Patharan HK , the Order, Shipping and Return Policy is listed below.
    If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the Order, Shipping and Return Policy, the English version shall prevail.


    TERMS & CONDITIONS
    Placing an order
    Register/Login → Put your items into cart → Fill in personal information → Payment → Receive e-mail confirmation → Order finished

    You will receive an email for order confirmation after payment. The order will be processed in 3-5 business days upon confirmation of payment. The parcel will be shipped in 3-5 business days*.
    Once the order is ready to be shipped, an email notification containing order tracking number will be sent to the customer.

    *The delivery time may suspend due to the operating hours of delivery service, please refer to latest news of related vendors.

    •HK$30 delivery fee with order below HK$600 (after discount)


    Areas in service
    •We offer the following delivery services:
    1. SF Standard Express
    2. SF store pick-up
    3. EF locker pick-up

    •Our Standard Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands and Macau. This service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Islands.
    *Some remote areas may incur extra charge, please refer to this web page of SF-express for your reference.
    •Post Office Box (commonly abbreviated as P.O. box, or also known as a postal box) is not accepted as a shipping address.

    •Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If you wish to send orders to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

    Shipping days and schedules
    •The parcel will be ready and dispatched in 3-5 business days upon confirmation of payment. This might vary depending on stock availability.

    •Under normal circumstances, the order will arrive at the delivery address in 2-3 business days* after dispatch. For remote areas, it might take 3-4 business days. (Actual delivery time varies)

    *The delivery time may suspend due to the operating hours of delivery service, please refer to latest news of related vendors.

    Shipment tracking/ change of shipping address
    •Once the order is ready to be shipped, an email notification containing order tracking number will be sent to the customer from us. Please contact the shipping company directly to track the shipment.

    •Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with the shipping company by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.

    •If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact the shipping company directly in order to make further arrangements. If customer is not reachable for delivery after several attempts, the order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.

    •We will not be responsible for any product damages during delivery.
